Description:
PP-Watch Chronograph – A Special Step in My Collection
This watch holds a special place in my collection. It is the very first PP-Watch that is not equipped with a mechanical automatic movement. For me personally, this project was therefore an interesting challenge, both technically and in terms of design.
The chronograph is powered by a precise and reliable movement that allows accurate timekeeping and smooth operation of the stopwatch functions. The classic three-subdial layout gives the dial a sporty yet balanced appearance. The vivid yellow dial creates a striking contrast with the black sub-dials and ensures excellent readability.
The stainless steel case is complemented by a tachymeter bezel that emphasizes the sporty character of the chronograph. Combined with the robust rubber strap, the result is a watch that feels equally at home in everyday wear as well as in more active situations.
Building this watch was an important step for me as a watchmaker and designer. The construction, the coordination of the components, and the implementation of the overall design required careful attention to detail. I am therefore very pleased that the final result meets my expectations both technically and visually.
Even though my passion remains with mechanical watches, this model shows that precision, functionality and distinctive design can also be achieved in a different way.
